Bellimissio Barchetta in stunning yellow benefits from being a Right
Hand Drive model and as such can be enjoyed to the full without the
worry of driving blind spots.With its great driving position and good all round vision its a real pleasure to drive.
Stylish and fun, its a car not to be missed and
deserves it place amongst the classics as it already has a huge
following.
The Fiat Barchetta was designed and developed between 1990 and 1994 under the project name "Tipo B Spider 176" at the Fiat Styling Centre and shares a lot of its components with the Mark 1 Fiat Punto and uses the same chassis layout.
Some of the prototypes were named after a pizza!
such as
Marinara I am not sure if that was because of too many late nights or
too much wine but it does sound as though they enjoyed their work!
The Barchetta was revised in 2003 and production ended in 2005.
Most cars were only available as a left hand drive option but some specialised companies have converted them to right hand drive.
